Gracelyn Noelle Briscar

Stuart and Amanda Briscar announce the birth of their second daughter, Gracelyn Noelle Briscar, born on June 1, 2021 in Powder Springs, Georgia,   joining big sister Ellison. Gracelyn weighed 6 pounds, 4 ounces.
