Don and Sandy Briscar celebrated with son Joseph when he graduated Summa Cum Laude from the George Washington College of Law at American University in DC last month.  Due to his class standing, Joseph was also made a member of the Order if the Coif, a national society for law students who graduate at the top of their class. Joseph will be working at a DC law firm that specializes in environmental law. His wife, Sagan, is finishing up a masters degree at Georgetown University and is an Asset Manager for the National Foundation for Affordable Housing.
