Wade E. Swink, 72, of 
							Tionesta, PA, formerly of Connellsville, died 
							Sunday, May 5, 2024, at his residence.  He was born 
							May 31, 1951 in Connellsville, a son of the late 
							Wade E. Swink, Sr. & Betty Jane (Booker) Swink. 
							
							Wade was a graduate of Connellsville High School 
							Class of 1969.  He was a proud veteran of the United 
							States Army.  Prior to his retirement, he worked 
							over ten years with the B&O Railroad as a Brakeman.  
							Later, he worked several years with Fayette Steel 
							Company as a Wire Drawer.  He was a member of 
							Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Connellsville 
							and a past member of, The Dawson Grange, Tri-Town 
							Sportsman’s Club and the Fryburg Sportsman’s Club.  
							 
							
							Wade is survived by his wife of 54 years, Mary Lynn 
							(Stoots) Swink; children, Joseph Wade Swink & wife 
							Tanya of Trout Run, PA, Lee Ann Hillen & husband 
							Brian of Dunkirk, MD and Vicki Lynn Weimer & husband 
							William of Pittsburgh; grandchildren, Patrick Swink, 
							Olivia Swink, Joshua Sharon, Kylie Hillen, Tyler 
							Daniels & wife Melissa, Pacey Daniels, Carson 
							Daniels and Vivien Weimer; a sister, Mary Bryner & 
							companion Bill Beaty of Bullskin Twp., Wayne Swink & 
							wife Sandy of Orchard Beach, Maine, Victor Swink & 
							wife Phyllis of Mt. Pleasant; a sister-in-law, Sally 
							Stoots; and also many nieces and nephews; 
							
							In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death 
							by daughter, Tammy Lynn Swink, sisters, Lois Miller, 
							Donna Dillinger and Victoria Holbrook; 
							brothers-in-law, William and Ronald Stoots
							
							Family and friends will be received in the PAUL G. 
							FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 418 North Pittsburgh Street 
							Connellsville, PA 15425 on Thursday from 2pm – 4pm 
							and 6pm – 8pm and Friday from 9 am until 10 am the 
							hour of his Funeral Service with Pastor Janice 
							Altenburger officiating.
							
							Interment will follow in Green Ridge Memorial Park 
							with full Military Rites accorded by the Hopwood
